Meet Maya

Maya is the youngest in her family, lost her father during the war in Syria when she was just a baby. The family doesn't have any news about him, but they are hoping he is still alive somewhere. At ALC, her favorite subject is science because she discovers a lot of information during the projects the school organizes. Her favorite time at ALC is the trips because she gets together with her friends and has a lot of fun. She is always excited each year to see her new teacher and discover new things. In her free time, she loves watching movies. In the future, she wants to become a pediatrician because she loves children very much and doesn't want to see them sick.
